Our Host Hotel for the 2004 Canadian Championships will be

The Traveller’s  Inn Central

(For those of you who were here in 1994 and/or 1998 this is the same motel under new management.)

This motel is not in walking distance but is fairly direct and easy to get to our club from there.  We will be providing a limited amount  of transportation to and from the venue, but , we ask that other participants assist those players who do not have transportation.

We have  held 30 rooms. All participants are responsible for booking their own rooms and responsible for all room charges, taxes  and incidental charges.

Attached is a copy of a registration form  This form will make life easier for us all as it details the group reservation number, rates and time frame that guests have to pick up or cancel rooms.

I ask that all associations who receive this package make copies of this Reservation Form and make it available to your members by way of your news letter or mail so that your members are informed.

Please note reservations must be made on or before June 12th.  After that date there is no guarantee and the prices may differ. Book early to get in on the 30 rooms held for us.
