The 2008 Canadian championships will be held at the Calgary Horseshoe Club in Calgary, Alberta. The Calgary Club, a beautiful 20-indoor-clay-court facility,
hosted the Canadian Championships also in 1988, 1996 and 2002.
There will be parking for RV's at the Calgary Horseshoe Club.
The kitchen at the Horseshoe Club is going to be operational for breakfast,
lunch and supper from Wed - Sat. (also supper on Tuesday). The club will also host the
Banquet (roast beef dinner). Tickets will be pre-sold.

A Horseshoe Canada Hall Of Fame cabinet has been completed and installed in the Calgary Horseshoe Club building.
The Inn on Macleod Trail (and not the Deerfoot Inn) will be the host hotel. The Inn on Macleod Trail is located 10 - 15 minutes from the Calgary Horseshoe Club.
There will be a shuttle for the hotel. See more details about the Accomodations, attractions, etc.
Also anyone flying in to Calgary can contact Mary Holley (at horseex@telus.net) to arrange for
pick up from the airport.
Championnat Canadien 2008 à Calgary, Alberta
Le Championnat Canadien 2008 se tiendra du 12 au 16 août au Calgary Horseshoe Club situé à Calgary, Alberta.
Ce club a accueilli ces championnats auparavant en 1988, 1996 et 2002.
Il y aura du camping disponible sur place au Calgary Horseshoe Club.
La cuisine au club sera opérationnelle pour les déjeuners,
dîners et soupers du mercredi au samedi (ainsi que pour le souper du mardi).
Le club accueillera également le Banquet (rôti de boeuf). Les billets seront vendus à l'avance.

Un Cabinet du Temple de la Renommée de Horseshoe Canada a été complété et installé dans l'édifice du Club de Calgary.
Le "Inn on Macleod Trail" (et non le Deerfoot Inn) sera l'hôtel privilégié. Il est situé à 10-15 minutes du club de fers de Calgary. Il y aura une navette disponible pour le trajet hotel - club de fers.
Voyez plus de détails au sujet de l'Hotel et les attractions, etc. Ceux qui arriveront par avion à Calgary peuvent contacter Mary Holley (à horseex@telus.net) pour planifier leur transport de l'aéroport au club (ou hôtel) si désiré.
