1. The Hall of Fame Standing Committee is established to recognize individuals who have helped the sport either as a player or organizer.

1. The Hall of Fame Committee consists of one representative from each Member Association

2. The Chair decides the members of the committee, subject to Member Association approval

3. The committee decides inductees based on nominations to the ballot by individuals from Member Associations.

4. There is a three-year rotation as follows:

1. Male player

2. Organizer/Promotor/Administrator

3. Female player
