What's a Canstats Average? -------------------------- The Canstats average is based on the 3 highest tournaments pitched by a member during the last 12 months. But if a player participates in more than 10 tournaments during the same period, Canstats picks up the 3 highest among the last 10 tournaments. The Canstats average is obtained first by adding the ringers and shoes pitched of those best 3, then dividing the total ringers by the number of shoes pitched. The Canstats average is used in most tournaments to seed players into various classes.
