Born (Diane Paré) July 30, 1947 in St.Raymond. Married Réal Cantin on October 18, 1969. Has 2 daughters (Nathalie, Caroline). Flip pitcher, left-handed. Quebec women's doubles champion 6 times: 1982-83-84-92-94-95. Quebec women's singles champion 11 times: 1983-85-86-88-90-91-92-93-94-95-96. Canadian women's singles champion 8 times: 1983-84-85-86-87-89-93-94. Holds records for high ringer % for complete tournament at the Canadian Championship (1989 in Halifax, N.S.).

Quebec Championship (1993 in Blainville, Qc): Shot only perfect game in Canadian Championship history 100% (24 out of 24) in 1989 at Halifax Shot also a perfect game (36 out of 36) at the 1989 Quebec Championship. Holds 3 World records all set in 1987 (54 consecutive ringers, 1023 ringers and 448 doubles for complete tournament). Finished 8 times in the top 5 at the World Tournament (best finish was 2nd - 3 times - in 1985, 1987 and 1990)
