It was then only the 2nd perfect game ever pitched at the World Tournament. The first one was by Guy Zimmerman (44 shoes) in 1948. After 1968, it took 25 more years to see another perfect game achieved in the Junior Boy's division by Jim Walters. But in recent year, Alan Francis has pitched two perfect games at the World Tournament. The first one was 30 shoes against Buddy Dyrda in 2005. The second one was 18 shoes in 2007 against Darrel Sherrard.
