The championships were held at the beautiful Victoria horseshoe club courts (see tournament story).
Buddy, who was raised in Victoria, won in his first try in the men's division at age 23. He was Canadian Junior Boys champion three straight years in 2002, 2003 and 2004.
That win crowns a great 2010 season where he also won the Alberta Provincial Championships and the Western Canada Classic.
